Marketing research, especially the analysis of visual attention, is IP SQUARE's third und youngest area of business. It is being merchandised as Spotlight Viewer. It was founded 2007 due to a cooperation with the scientist Prof.(FH) Dr. Sebastian Berger. He took intense efforts to investigate the current methods and its problems of tracking and analysing visual attention of advertising being looked at. Unlike already known and pretty expensive solutions his newly developed method results in outcomes of a much higher reliability and validity. Further on it was necessary for IP SQUARE to split up its own business unit that specializes on developing this highly specific solution only. The software developed is meant to be used as a tool for advertisers to check and further improve their own creations.
